Labor Law Jurist Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support legal experts on labor law activities through legal monitoring and studies
• Ensure the application of existing company agreements to maintain constructive social dialogue
• Contribute to the community of practice by maintaining technical skills and participating in group projects
• Actively participate in the organization and implementation of the 2027 professional elections
• Support the Social Relations team in various administrative and legal tasks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (Bac+4/5) in Social Law or Labor Law
• Proficiency in French (fluent) and English (advanced)
• Ability to obtain or hold a security clearance
• Strong professional integrity, ethics, and rigor
• Ability to work effectively in an international and transversal environment
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and written/oral expression
