About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage labor litigation and the control, integration, and litigation of labor lawsuit files
- Negotiate legal claims and manage labor disputes
- Handle union conflicts and coordinate labor terminations
- Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and INFONAVIT Law
- Apply knowledge of the new labor procedure to all legal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) with professional license (Título y Cédula)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Labor Litigation Lawyer
- Deep knowledge of Ley Federal del Trabajo, Ley del Seguro Social, and Ley del INFONAVIT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel and work with a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate English language skills
