About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture and execution of upstream data feeds into Workforce Engineering, including hours of operation and delivery calendars
  • Build and maintain scalable integrations to eliminate manual data sourcing and reconciliation for planners
  • Define and maintain the store attribute library (square footage, format type, layout) to ensure a consistent source of truth
  • Partner with WMT and IT teams to establish durable connections between WFE tools and source systems like UKG Pro and SPSU
  • Own incident triage for data-related failures and reduce mean time to resolution for system integration issues
  • Build scalable tools and automation to remove one-off data pulls from planner workflows
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for WMT, Store Ops, and Finance to align on data accuracy and integration roadmaps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and systems architecture
  • Strong understanding of labor standards development and workforce planning methodologies
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Ability to define and implement data governance frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Business, or a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with workforce management systems such as UKG Pro or Kronos
  • Deep expertise in grocery or retail store operations within multi-format environments
  • Background in building data governance or master data management frameworks
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data automation and integration
