Requirements
- 5+ years of substantial knowledge and experience in labor or employment litigation
- Admitted and in good standing with the Michigan bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with employment law advice and counseling
- Experience with wage and hour and employment class action litigation
- Experience with arbitrations, contract administration, and/or NLRB matters
- Experience with union avoidance and union campaigns and unfair labor practice defense
