Responsibilities
- Represent employers in employment litigation matters
- Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation, wage and hour matters, and employment class actions
- Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, court appearances, and trial preparation
Requirements
- Experience representing employers in employment litigation
- Admission to the California Bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in labor and employment matters
- Exposure to employment counseling and advice work
- Familiarity with traditional labor matters including arbitrations, labor negotiations, union avoidance campaigns, and NLRB proceedings
