Label Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage label production machinery to meet daily production schedules while minimizing waste
• Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for equipment malfunctions
• Monitor instruments and maintain dies to ensure high-quality, zero-defect output
• Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Collaborate across departments and assist with distribution functions as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to distinguish colors for quality control purposes
• Physical ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
