Label Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services using consultative selling techniques to engage clients and create customized solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and develop pursuit plans to ensure alignment with overall sales objectives.
• Provide technical expertise to account managers to identify potential clients, nurture leads, and drive revenue growth.
• Create and present tailored proposals that address client needs and align with their business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through ongoing support and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Handle complex situations, including negotiations and client escalations, in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and mentor junior team members to enhance their sales and consulting skills.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management.
• Proven experience in account management and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong communication and demonstration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
