LAB Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare, and perform fuel tank and SCR testing and inspection according to DVPR design.
• Manage validation schedules, costs, and deliverables for assigned programs.
• Review testing results in a timely manner and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and advanced diagnosis of test and measurement equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action activities within the quality system.
• Ensure strict compliance with company safety procedures, including PPE and LOTO protocols.
• Direct technician and operator work to ensure testing accuracy and precision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar laboratory or validation environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Fuel System and SCR testing.
• Proficiency in measurement system analysis and equipment calibration.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 17025 standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and a strong understanding of GD&T.
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
