Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Fabricate fixed and removable prostheses, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and dental implants
• Utilize digital dentistry workflows, including 3D printing, milling, and CAD/CAM materials
• Work with castable dental alloys, pressable ceramics, and heat-cured dental acrylic
• Study dentist instructions and physical or computerized models to ensure precision
• Finish and polish dental prostheses and devices prior to placement
• Manage supply inventories and perform routine equipment maintenance
• Document processes and adhere to industry regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited dental laboratory technology program
• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) certification
• Proficiency in dental laboratory CAM software, such as 3Shape or Delfin Dental
• Exceptional manual dexterity and precision
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a dental laboratory technician
• Proven experience in constructing, replacing, repairing, and restoring dental devices
