Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for analysis independently according to analytical SOPs and methodologies
• Perform routine operation, maintenance, and calibration of preparation instruments and equipment
• Input and maintain technical information to support laboratory operations
• Maintain a Laboratory Notebook where applicable
• Adhere to all internal standards, policies, and safe laboratory practices
• Assist with validation and MDL studies as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 0-2 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories or prior hands-on experience
• Advanced English language skills
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull upwards of 25 lbs on a frequent basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Chemistry or a similar scientific discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories
