About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all laboratory work safely, including the use of proper PPE and adherence to site safety and 5S practices
  • Execute lab testing and generate test data, documentation, and laboratory reports for assigned projects
  • Communicate basic observations regarding data and experimental outcomes to Engineers and Supervisors
  • Program robots and operate various curing and dispensing equipment
  • Take ownership of assigned equipment and ensure safe, regular maintenance
  • Report laboratory results and methods according to accepted company practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related science field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Statistical software
  • Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical, and mechanical data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or a science field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a chemical laboratory
  • Experience with polymer thermal, mechanical, rheological, spectroscopic, and microscopy testing
  • Experience with test and data processing automation
