Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular biology techniques to support production workflows
• Execute experimental plans to achieve project objectives
• Provide timely feedback on production issues to the team leader
• Accurately record experimental results according to company standards
• Adhere to laboratory safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and orderliness

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• Experience in biological and chemical experiments preferred
• Practical experience in laboratory or production environments preferred
• Strong learning ability and adaptability to new technologies and protocols
• Ability to operate according to SOP and report abnormal issues promptly
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work onsite in Piscataway, NJ
