Lab Technician, General Chemistry

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for analysis according to analytical SOPs using basic instrumentation
• Perform routine operation, maintenance, and calibration of preparation instruments and equipment
• Assist with validation and MDL studies
• Input and maintain technical information to support laboratory operations
• Maintain Laboratory Notebook where applicable
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 0-2 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories or hands-on experience
• Advanced English language skills
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull upwards of 25 lbs frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Chemistry or a similar scientific discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories
