Lab Technician, Fragrance Compounder

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials and essential oils according to formulas
• Operate and clean mixing tanks, scales, pumps, and other production equipment
• Follow all company safety protocols and handle hazardous materials using appropriate PPE

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in sample lab compounding (fragrance or flavor)
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and blending
• Ability to lift 25lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the order of addition for certain raw materials
• Ability to distinguish fragrance notes
