Lab Tech II

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on incoming samples in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
• Register incoming samples and maintain neat, accurate records of daily work
• Enter sample data into the Eurofins eLIMS system accurately
• Follow management system requirements, including SOPs and Quality Manuals, to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025/AOAC ALACC and regulatory standards
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Identify non-conformances, out-of-specifications, and process difficulties, reporting them with proposed solutions to supervisors
• Verify results and submit them to appropriate personnel for timely transmission

Requirements

• High School Diploma and at least 1 year of laboratory experience
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• BS Degree in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
