Lab Team Leader - Micro Lab

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth team operations and expand lab capability to meet client requirements
• Lead the technician team in sample preparation and testing tasks
• Review routine test results and ensure accuracy before final review or client delivery
• Study and review test methods, SOPs, and client manuals to ensure compliance
• Implement new test methods as assigned by the Supervisor
• Perform root cause analysis on complaints and claims
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with HSE and Quality management systems including ISO 17025
• Escalate potential operational risks to management

Requirements

• University degree in Microbiology or Biotechnology
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
• Trained or experienced in ISO 17025
• English proficiency at B level equivalent
• Full working rights in Vietnam
