Lab Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical, microbial, and sensory testing for quality control of beer, water, raw materials, and ingredients
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and prepare microbiological media in line with best practices
• Interpret test results and collaborate with production teams to proactively identify and address quality concerns
• Support site compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9000, and FEMAS standards, including audits and certification processes
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment issues and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Third-level degree in a science-related field or a relevant diploma with hands-on experience
• Industrial experience in a compliance-focused business, such as pharma, food, or beverage
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
