Lab QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Control (QC) documentation support to operations
• Perform QC review of documentation including sample login binders, run binders, extraction paperwork, lab notebooks, data tables, and reports
• Participate in the review of technical and QC SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with operations to improve quality systems and resolve non-compliance issues
• Manage and schedule assigned QC projects with minimal assistance
• Track and report deviation trends to management and recommend corrective actions
• Evaluate systems for gaps and communicate improvement strategies to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Laboratory experience in a GLP environment
• Knowledge of GLP regulations and quality review techniques
• Proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring frequent standing, walking, and close eye work
