Lab Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage lab inventory, ordering, and receiving of reagents and equipment
• Handle shipping and logistics including cold chain and customs paperwork
• Support science teams with protein reconstitution, buffer prep, and plate handling
• Coordinate instrument maintenance, calibration, and vendor repairs
• Maintain lab safety, chemical inventory, and waste disposal compliance

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a research or biotech lab environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Lausanne and handle physical lab tasks
