Lab Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the assembly, alignment, and testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies
• Generate in-process test procedures and data sheets for PCAs, modules, and system testing
• Design and create system interface test fixturing
• Review customer performance specifications and documentation including thermal, vibration, and EMI testing requirements
• Generate engineering documentation such as failure reports, DMRs, and recovery test plans
• Manage engineering change notices and End Item Data Packages
• Provide test support for engineers and technicians regarding tools and equipment
• Manage equipment rental and purchase processes
• Maintain data management for test data storage and accessibility

Requirements

• BSEE degree
• 10 years of engineering background
• Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Technical understanding of passive and active RF/Microwave designs
• Familiarity with EEE parts selection and space application requirements including radiation
