Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support for hardware including printers, scanners, handheld devices, and Windows
• Support computerized systems for qualification according to defined strategy
• Manage user administration and support the deployment of new tools
• Perform periodic reporting, system reviews for GMP systems, and backups
• Cooperate regularly with software providers
• Prepare documentation of installations
• Implement IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions
• Troubleshoot and investigate analytical software applications and lab PC systems

Requirements

• IT background
• Understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)
• Interest in software, technical writing, and software-related topics
• Ability and willingness to work in a paper-based environment
• Fluent English and German; French is a plus
• Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
• Collaborative and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience working in multinational teams
