Lab Chemist

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality technical work, including daily chemical synthesis according to job hazardous analysis
• Conduct basic property testing, evaluation, and analysis of lab products following standard operating procedures
• Document synthesis protocols, observations, testing results, and lab chemicals via GSLO management
• Maintain high awareness of safety, compliance, and intellectual property within the working environment
• Manage lab equipment and actively contribute to lab safety and housekeeping
• Contribute to the exchange of know-how among teams and regions by summarizing research reports and IP
• Support the training of interns

Requirements

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, or a similar field
• Master's degree with 0 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
• Basic technical skills required to complete assigned laboratory tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
