Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1

Responsibilities

• Perform centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects under minimal supervision
• Complete role-specific trainings, including self-learning courses and e-SOP acknowledgments
• Load and update active databases with details regarding participating sites
• Provision access for the Infosario Portal
• Manage regulatory documentation for kit shipments, including Kit Contents Charts, Packing Lists, and Import Permits
• Monitor the timely release of patient laboratory reports by following up on pending activities
• Maintain documentation for all monitoring activities to ensure real-time audit readiness
• Participate in department and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through education or prior experience
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers
