About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform routine analysis of specimens and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Evaluate analytical data for accuracy using laboratory systems and defined algorithms
- Identify unusual results or performance issues and escalate to senior lab personnel
- Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions required for laboratory analysis
- Maintain proper storage and handling of samples and reagents post-analysis
- Support the development and documentation of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization in alignment with 6S standards
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding workflow and results
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some locations may require a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology)
- 6 months of relevant laboratory experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
- Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, equipment, and analytical techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, and close eye work
