Lab Associate Immunology

Responsibilities

• Perform routine immunology laboratory testing and specimen analysis to support clinical trials research
• Document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate the validity of analytical data using laboratory computer system algorithms
• Identify, document, and escalate unusual results or performance errors to senior personnel
• Prepare buffers and solutions required for laboratory analysis
• Manage post-analysis sample and reagent storage
• Support lab housekeeping and 6S standards while monitoring supply levels
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and support safety initiatives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of relevant laboratory experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable regulatory standards
• Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, testing methodologies, and data systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, and close eye work

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology
