Lab Assistant, Computer Science

Responsibilities

• Assist students with lab exercises during scheduled lab times and as needed outside of the lab
• Grade student lab work accurately and timely
• Proctor quizzes and exams under the direction of the course instructor
• Perform other tasks and assignments as assigned by the Department Chair or supervisor

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled Washington Adventist University student
• Mastery of the specific course and lab content, preferably through successful completion of the course in a prior semester
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to peers effectively and with compassion
• High level of professionalism in all communications
• Adherence to all Washington Adventist University student policies
