Lab Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze samples with accuracy and precision according to analytical SOPs
• Perform routine operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment
• Assist with validation and MDL studies
• Support investigations and prepare responses to client inquiries and CARs
• Input and maintain technical information to support laboratory operations
• Maintain Laboratory Notebook where applicable
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Chemistry or similar scientific discipline and 0-2 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories OR 3 years of relevant experience
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull upwards of 25 lbs on a frequent basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or similar scientific discipline and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with GCMS and Organics methods
• Experience with LIMS
