Lab Analyst I - Sterility Assurance - Graveyard Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing (GLP and non-GLP) from start to finish under the supervision of the Study Director
• Ensure all testing is conducted according to approved procedures, including SOP, CSS, and STP
• Record all data accurately and concurrently to maintain strict traceability of samples
• Order necessary supplies and media to support laboratory operations
• Participate in the investigation of quality events, such as unexpected results or deviations
• Follow all applicable regulatory requirements, including GMP, GLP, and ISO standards
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance for the graveyard shift

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high quality
• Proficiency in Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
• Ability to follow complex written procedures and protocols
• Basic computer and mathematical skills
• Ability to stand and traverse the lab for up to 75% of the shift
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
• Ability to work while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• Two years of qualified laboratory experience
