Lab Analyst I - Routine Chemistry

Responsibilities

• Perform routine chemistry testing (GLP and non-GLP) from start to finish under the supervision of a Study Director
• Ensure all testing is conducted in strict accordance with approved procedures, including SOP, CSS, and STP
• Record all data accurately and concurrently to maintain sample traceability
• Order necessary supplies and media to support laboratory operations
• Participate in quality event collaborations, such as investigating unexpected results or deviations
• Follow all applicable regulatory requirements, including GMP, GLP, and ISO standards
• Notify the Study Director immediately of any unforeseen circumstances or events during testing

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow complex written procedures and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency in Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
• Basic computer and mathematical skills
• Ability to stand and traverse lab locations for approximately 75% of the workday
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
• Ability to work while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• Two years of qualified laboratory experience
