L2/L3 LAN/WAN Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise LAN and WAN operations across a multi-site environment
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across firewalls, routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and SD-WAN
• Manage and support Palo Alto firewall configurations, including policies, NAT, VPNs, and troubleshooting
• Operate and support Cisco Meraki environments, including dashboard management, SD-WAN, switching, and wireless
• Contribute to network stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with international teams and stakeholders
• Support monitoring, incident resolution, documentation, and operational best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering or network support
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (Security policies, NAT, VPNs, Troubleshooting)
• Strong experience with Cisco Meraki (Dashboard, SD-WAN, Switching, Wireless)
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Experience with WAN technologies, internet breakouts, and cloud connectivity
• Proven troubleshooting skills in complex, multi-site environments
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Auvik, SolarWinds, or Datadog
• Ability to provide a criminal record extract if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SASE platforms such as Palo Alto Prisma or Cato
• Exposure to cloud networking in Azure or AWS
• Basic knowledge of QoS, traffic shaping, and application performance
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, Meraki CMNA, or CMNP
