About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for HFM applications and ensure system stability
  • Diagnose and resolve application and data-related issues within SLA timelines
  • Perform basic root cause analysis (RCA) and escalate complex issues
  • Develop and support scripts using Python and .NET
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
  • Maintain documentation and update knowledge base/SOPs
  • Follow incident, change, and problem management processes

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Application/Production Support
  • Hands-on experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
  • Working knowledge of Python, .NET, and SQL
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Basic understanding of financial systems and reporting
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (7 AM – 11 PM IST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Oracle Hyperion suite
  • Experience in automation/scripting for support tasks
  • Understanding of financial consolidation processes
