Responsibilities
- Solve challenging hardware issues with servers through advanced troubleshooting
- Manage hardware problems, workarounds, and solutions
- Proactively resolve L1/L2 tasks via the ticketing system

- Advanced skills with Unix/Linux operating systems and command line
- Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced network equipment troubleshooting knowledge
