Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Solve challenging hardware related issues with servers involving in-depth advanced level troubleshooting
- Manage hardware problems, workarounds, and solutions
- Proactively solve L1/L2 tasks through the ticket system
- Update new processes and documentation for the IT hardware team
- Collaborate with L3 Technicians to improve SLA with complex diagnostics
- Improve support processes, documentation, and training materials
- Perform basic level network tasks, troubleshooting, and support
Requirements
- Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
- Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting experience
- Advanced skills working with Unix/Linux operating systems and command line
- Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation
- Proactiveness and sense of responsibility
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting
- Driving license type B
