About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide user assistance in technical areas by providing specific answers
- Perform escalations to the appropriate competence team
- Connect remotely via phone or email to assist users
- Qualify and process requests according to established procedures
- Follow up on technical files and participate in team skill development
- Propose optimizations for service organization, procedures, and processes
Requirements
- Technical autonomy in workstation engineering
- Ability to support local technicians as Level 2
- Proficiency in technical analysis and skill development
- Advanced German language skills
- Medium English language skills
- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows Servers
- Knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Backup systems
- Familiarity with Cisco ToIP terminals
