About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide user assistance in technical areas by providing specific answers
  • Perform escalations to the appropriate competence team
  • Connect remotely via phone or email to assist users
  • Qualify and process requests according to established procedures
  • Follow up on technical files and participate in team skill development
  • Propose optimizations for service organization, procedures, and processes

Requirements

  • Technical autonomy in workstation engineering
  • Ability to support local technicians as Level 2
  • Proficiency in technical analysis and skill development
  • Advanced German language skills
  • Medium English language skills
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Windows Servers
  • Knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Backup systems
  • Familiarity with Cisco ToIP terminals
