L2 Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to bug fixes, small enhancements, and maintenance across the platform
• Write clean, maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers
• Assist in implementing changes across backend (.NET), database, and frontend (Angular)
• Support production incident investigation and resolution using logs and monitoring tools
• Work through a backlog of small fixes and incremental improvements
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing infrastructure and services
• Collaborate with team members and participate in team ceremonies

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Sound knowledge of C# / .NET fundamentals
• Understanding of web development fundamentals including APIs and databases
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of containers or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Angular or modern frontend frameworks
