About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers through phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to networking, Windows OS, mail clients, and applications
  • Handle basic networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, Gateway, and VPN
  • Utilize subnetting knowledge to resolve network-related issues
  • Support user accounts and access management using Active Directory terminologies
  • Install, configure, and manage applications for users
  • Address customer queries regarding VMware solutions, including vSphere and vCenter
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 support and development teams to escalate complex issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in technical support for networking, Windows OS, and applications
  • Familiarity with basic cloud computing and virtualization technologies like VMware
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
