KYC Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Wholesale Onboarding through day-to-day KYC processing, reviewing, and quality checking.
• Collaborate with clients and front office teams to gather Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information and evidence.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance onboarding efficiency.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations regarding onboarding performance for internal senior stakeholders.
• Manage risk and strengthen controls in alignment with relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of Wholesale Onboarding.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) principles and procedures within the financial industry.
• Proven experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Client Due Diligence (CDD).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and clients.
