KYC Refresh Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Wholesale Onboarding through day-to-day KYC processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients and front office teams to gather Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information and evidence.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance Wholesale Onboarding efficiency.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations regarding onboarding performance for internal senior stakeholders.
• Manage individual workloads and participate in projects aimed at improving onboarding effectiveness.
• Ensure all work is delivered in line with relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end KYC knowledge with specific experience in periodic reviews for corporate clients.
• Specialist knowledge in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and experience reviewing complex company structures, ownership, and entities (e.g., Trusts, PEPs, High-Risk Jurisdictions).
• In-depth understanding of Global KYC policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of AML and financial legislation, including Data Protection and Money Laundering regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, particularly when working with Financial Crime and Front Office teams.
• Strong time management skills to handle complex, high-priority tasks within target timescales.
