KYC Operations Associate Analyst - Consumer

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Collect, analyze, and verify customer information according to KYC/AML guidelines.
• Assess customer identity documents, business structures, and source of wealth documentation.
• Review customer transaction history to identify behavior patterns that may indicate risk.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and escalate suspicious activities or potential money laundering to relevant teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the leadership team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Operations (preferably in CDD, EDD, AML, or compliance roles).
• Basic knowledge of global KYC/AML compliance regulations and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and make risk-based decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ICA, CAMS, or equivalent CDD/EDD focused credentials.
