KYC Operations Analyst 2

Responsibilities

• Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review all information and documentation to ensure adherence to local regulations and Citi standards.
• Update KYC forms and client profiles in accordance with established policy requirements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure all necessary information is received before established due dates.
• Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking records and managing the Appendix approval process.
• Assist with the development and execution of action plans for expiring records to prevent overdue status.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding assets through compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking operations, preferably in client account opening.
• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura Económico-Administrativo) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in KYC (Know Your Client) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes.
• Experience with Art. 115 and the integration of physical person files (personas físicas).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or telephone support.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and result-oriented skills.
