KYC Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end KYC and client due diligence reviews, including onboarding, periodic refreshes, and remediation cases
• Collect, review, and validate client documentation regarding legal entity information, ownership structures, and regulatory status
• Conduct client risk assessments in accordance with firm KYC standards and document all conclusions and rationale
• Identify and escalate KYC gaps, risk issues, and remediation requirements following established protocols
• Coordinate with the Global AML Center (GAC) and GlobalLink stakeholders to ensure consistent application of enterprise standards
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready KYC records in approved systems
• Support internal audits and regulatory examinations by providing necessary evidence and status updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in KYC, AML, Client Due Diligence, or regulated financial services operations
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulatory requirements, particularly within EMEA jurisdictions
• Experience reviewing complex institutional client structures
• Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities in a regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting capital markets, trading platforms, or electronic financial services
• Familiarity with GlobalLink products and services
• Prior experience working with Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit teams
• Experience using enterprise KYC systems and workflow tools
