KYC Markets Renewals Middle Office Associate/Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the KYC Renewals book of work for designated Front Office sub-LOBs, prioritizing active requests and managing the end-to-end process.
• Act as a subject matter expert and single point of contact for ensuring timely completion of existing customer KYC records.
• Partner with Front Office teams (Sales, RMP, Deal Team, etc.) to obtain necessary supporting evidence for KYC due diligence.
• Ensure all client information is accurate, complete, and compliant with AML, local, and corporate due diligence requirements.
• Coordinate case prioritization, capacity planning, and assignment with Global Maker teams and Quality Control.
• Identify and execute process improvements and provide guidance on technology initiatives.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate impacts to business partners.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of KYC, Compliance, and AML standards.
• Sound understanding of the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in improving client experience and streamlining processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in conflict resolution.
• Resilient interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior managers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage personal workload and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of various client types, including Corporates, Banks, and Government organizations.
