KYC Analyst

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members via outbound phone calls to gather required information for account reviews
• Perform basic due diligence and refine customer information for periodic and event-driven reviews
• Guide customers through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, helping them understand required documentation
• Provide high-quality customer experience via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations by directing them to the appropriate departments
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth account review processes and prevent service disruptions
• Assist with common back-office tasks and support new team members

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in international customer support (inbound or outbound phone lines)
• C1 level English proficiency (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Kustomer, GSuite, or Jira
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Fin-tech, start-up, or fast-growing technology company
• Prior exposure to KYC (Know Your Customer) or due diligence processes
