Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation work on process equipment
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the established maintenance schedule
• Monitor and report on equipment fault and maintenance history
• Investigate malfunctions and perform practical problem-solving to identify root causes
• Collaborate closely with production and the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations
• Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and working methods
• Ensure all work is performed following strict safety protocols

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical maintenance or relevant vocational education
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to work
• Proactive, initiative-taking, and eager-to-learn attitude
• Safety-oriented mindset and approach to work
• Proficiency in the Finnish language

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in process industry or industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in the English language
• A strong interest in operational development and process improvement
