• Guide customers through vision needs, style, and eyewear selection
• Create strong relationships and unique customer experiences
• Provide advice and sales for glasses, lenses, and sunglasses
• Find solutions tailored to customer needs, style, and lifestyle
• Collaborate closely with opticians and colleagues
• Handle orders and simple workshop tasks
• Maintain an inviting and inspiring store environment
• Participate in courses and professional development
• Provide secure guidance with a focus on eye health

Requirements

• Passion for working with people
• Ability to provide world-class service
• Comfortable communicating in English for professional training and courses
• Ability to work a rotation including every other Saturday
