Responsibilities

• Sales and fitting of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses
• Creating strong customer relationships and ensuring an excellent customer journey
• Providing advice, lens instruction, and guidance regarding eye health
• Handling orders, follow-ups, and general store and workshop tasks
• Providing personal, professional, and reliable technical guidance
• Participating in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Ensuring the store remains tidy, inviting, and professional

Requirements

• Engaged, solution-oriented, and professionally strong
• Genuine interest in fashion and eyewear
• Ability to work varying hours including afternoons and weekends
• Ability to work at both store locations in Tromsø (Storgata and Jekta)
