Responsibilities

• Sales and adaptation of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses
• Building strong customer relationships and ensuring top-tier customer experiences
• Providing advice, lens instruction, and guidance on eye health
• Handling orders, follow-ups, and maintaining order in the store and workshop
• Providing personal and professional guidance to customers
• Participating in courses and professional development throughout the year
• Ensuring the store always appears tidy and inviting

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and eyewear
• High professional standards
• Ability to work at both Interoptik locations in Tromsø (Jekta and Storgata)
• Availability for shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
