Responsibilities

• Perform independent commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Bosch Thermotechnik products, including heat pumps, split air conditioning units, and gas/oil heating systems.
• Act as a competent technical contact for customers, handling measurements, testing, and complaint processing.
• Manage a fully equipped service vehicle, including responsibility for tools and spare parts inventory.
• Provide high-quality service for Buderus and Bosch Junkers brands in the Kempten region.

Requirements

• Vocational training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, heating construction, or a related field.
• Professional experience in customer service and field technical support.
• Technical expertise in heating technology, control technology, renewable energies, and plant hydraulics.
• Good PC skills for digital documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
