Kundenberater (m/w/d) FlixShop in Teilzeit

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and competent advice to customers and passengers at the FlixShop in Hamburg ZOB
• Sell tickets and inform customers about the Flix service offerings
• Ensure smooth operations and passenger coordination before bus departures
• Support passengers with the check-in process
• Distribute informational materials such as flyers and magazines to buses
• Actively contribute to a positive on-site customer experience and process improvements

Requirements

• Availability for a part-time position (30 hours per week)
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or airport environments is ideal
• Fluency in German; basic English skills are an advantage
• Proficiency with PC, internet, and email communication
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented personality
• Ability to remain calm and organized during stressful moments
