Responsibilities

• Manage and advise a dedicated client portfolio consisting of investment and mortgage clients.
• Identify and precisely capture diverse client needs to provide competent financial advice.
• Develop and secure long-term client relationships through optimal solution finding and proactive engagement.
• Drive digital adoption by utilizing innovative tools and apps to guide clients through digital banking products.
• Actively contribute to the success and growth of the local team in the Brig or Visp region.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally supplemented by a background in banking or finance.
• Proven expertise in investments, mortgages, and pension planning.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and experience in managing/developing client portfolios.
• Fluent proficiency in German.
• A service-oriented mindset with a passion for needs-based sales and interpersonal communication.
